Howdy Honda - Great experience
I just purchased my first new car from Howdy Honda. I brought my 2005 Honda Civic in for servicing and saw that they were running a vehicle trade up program. After a couple hours spent with Joshua Longan (sales rep), I had my car appraised, had seen three separate Accord models, test driven my favorite of the three, and worked out some of the numbers. When I came back in to the dealership two days later with a counter offer, I was surprised with how honest Josh and his manager were and how willing they were to work with me. Overall, it was a great experience - from showing the car, to talking through the options, to negotiating the terms, to getting the financing in place. I would highly recommend buying your next car here. ★★★★★

Howdy Honda - The service has always been excellent
The service has always been excellent. My sister asked me why I did not go to First Texas since it is so close (I could walk over there but I cannot carry my car). As I told her I went to First Honda to look at the new vehicles. I walked around for what seemed to be 30 minutes before anyone approached me. When I asked to check out a van, I was pointed to where they were, so NO I would not be back at First Honda as they were last on my list for service. I have never had a problem at Howdy Honda. Sure, the wrong part came in and I had to make another trip but that was not a problem for me. The second trip was almost a personal problem due to a family member's situation but that was not an emergency at the moment so everything was okay. I believe it was Matt I spoke to and he explained everything and was apologetic that I had to make a second trip. So I was in fine hands and was satisfied with the service.....(explanation of the problem and Matt's genuine concern for a trip that intended service to my vehicle was not done ) went a very long ways to keeping me satisfied with your service. ★★★★★

Howdy Honda - I love your service & express dpt but please quote accurate timing
First let me start by saying I LOVE your service & express departments. My only suggestion would be please do not quote 45 minutes start-to-finish completion time for Express Oil Change + windshield repair. Yesterday... I only agreed to add windshield repair to Express oil change b/c I was told I would still be out in 45 minutes. I was there an hour and a half. Nonetheless... staff is super professional (I like that!) and friendly... facilities are clean. I'll be back. ★★★★★

We are new to the area (recently arrived from Maryland). I was very impressed with Bobby Davis' friendly, customer-first approach when we first met to discuss my Honda's recent issues. He was able to fit me in for SRS light troubleshooting on very short notice. The warranty item was solved quickly. On departure, I was surprised to see a clean Honda waiting for me. Thank you. I did not have any issues during my visit. I do however want to let you know how grateful I am for your awesome customer service. I did not live in the Austin area when I purchased my Honda but now that I am in this area and always have my car serviced by you guys, you will definitely be the dealership that I purchase from going forward. Howdy Honda - Loyal customer
Everything was great yesterday!! I dropped off my Pilot for some routine maintenance, and needed to use the shuttle service. The technician escorted me to the concierge and I was promptly taken to my destination! Very much appreciated the ride to work! Also, the maintenance only took 1.5 hours and was left a message as soon as my vehicle was ready. Lastly, I love the complementary car wash! My car definitely needed it :) ★★★★★

There was nothing that did not meet my expectations, but there was a lot that exceeded them. I would like to give a few good compliments to Briceida in the Express Service shop. Bringing your car in for service isn't always the most enjoyable thing to do, but Briceida's welcoming smile and attentive customer service attitude made my recent visit to Howdy Honda a very painless experience. I would like to express my great satisfaction with the service I have received in the last two months. I have had to bring my 2007 Honda Fit in for repairs for the same problem. In no way was this something that could of been avoided it was a domino effect which happens when you have a car that runs like a gem but is close to 100,000 miles. I can't complain about the quality of my vehicle. I would like for you to recognize an expectional employee, Kevin Childers, he has excellent customer service skills and was very kind in helping me the first time I brought my car in April. I recently dealt with Jesse regarding a faulty seatbelt buckle that was causing my airbag light to come on intermittently. You guys fixed it quickly and free under the lifetime warranty, without being jerks about it. Since the work was done so quickly and with minimal fuss, I authorized replacement compliance bushings. The work was done earlier than quoted to me, my car runs great, and I have peace of mind. I've recently been yanked around at a mechanic in town who routinely tells me my car will be done by noon and then maybe if I'm really lucky I'll have it before they close that day, but instead they call at 4 pm and tell me it'll be another day because they ordered the wrong part. By contrast, getting the update call from Jesse on time and having my car back quickly made me very, very happy. Thank you
I continue to be impressed with Howdy Honda. I'll be honest with you. Because First Texas Honda is closer to my home, this morning I took my 2002 Odyssey there with the intention of having my oil changed. I drove up--to the lane that indicated "Express Service." I sat in my car for several minutes wondering if someone was going to come out or if I needed to go inside. Confused I finally got out of my van to look for a service staff member. Another car drove up in the far service lane (not the express lane). Someone came to her and placed a "Express" sign with the number three on it. Finally a gentleman approached me. I told him what I needed. He placed an "Express" sign on my roof with the number 4 on it. (Notice, I am in line now behind the woman who drove up five minutes after I did.) The gentleman told me that he would "have someone out as soon as he could" and walked off. I stood around a little longer with no one in sight. After about fifteen minutes I realized what a mistake I was making! I gave them back their "express" sign and drove straight to Howdy Honda. The minute I drove up I was greeted by a friendly, courteous, and professional young lady. No one was taken ahead of me. I didn't have to wait around wondering what to do or where to go. The young lady even asked if I wanted my state inspection done as mine is expiring the end of this month. In my discombobulation of the morning I had forgotten that indeed the inspection was something that I wanted to have done, as well as, the oil change. I was ushered into a lovely waiting area with free coffee, water, soda, and newspapers. My vehicle service was done in a very efficient manner (I was out of there in about an hour.) On top of the wonderful service, I also received a much needed car wash. I've learned my lesson. Closer doesn't mean better! I will not make that mistake again. Thank you, Howdy Honda, for your most excellent service. By the way, I love the e-mail that I received with the service record. I can now keep up with my service on my computer. Thank you!!
I am very pleased with Bobby Davis who was my contact at Honda. He was very courteous and very informative. He took time to let me know about other minor repairs needing my attention and asking me if I wanted them done. Everybody else was friendly, too. My car has been running smoothly so far since when I had new tires installed and other minor repairs done. No complaint so far. Many thanks to Bobby Davis and I will be delighted to ask for him next time I need my car to be serviced and would like very much to.
I have never purchased a car without seeing or driving it first, so I was a little apprehensive. However, you and your staff made it pretty comfortable and easy. Andy and Nick were especially helpful. I am really glad that I spent the extra time and airfare to come to Austin for my Honda. The Houston dealers are nice and helpful, but you guys were something else. When Honda calls and asks about my satisfaction, you can be sure that I will give you the highest ratings.

I always find your services very helpful however Bobby, who helped me this time, was extremely helpful, kind and prompt! Bobby helped me out when I missed our appointment due to school and allowed me to squeeze in a few hours later. The car was also fixed very quickly and Bobby made sure to do all that was necessary based on the fact that I drive my car very much and am about to head out on a road trip. I was recently semi-ripped off by brake-check and apparently my brake pads (who I cannot recall installed them) were installed very incorrectly! Thankfully, Bobby let me know about all this and made sure to get everything fixed properly and up to date. Im grateful for all the services provided by Honda and the honesty! Thanks Bobby! Being in town for only the week, one doesn't want to spend time getting their car repaired. Yet, when the need arises, I hope everyone can have the same experience that I had at Howdy.
